This Program is for those of you who dont have access to T, are going on T soon, or just want to build muscle without T. I want to show the world that you dont need T to build muscle, and can still see results. Also it is super important to start lifting pre T to see the best results once you do decide to start taking T. This program is more advanced than my Beginners guide. It has more in depth info for people that want to take their lifting to the next level. I hope you guys enjoy. Before continuing, it’s crucial to remember that this program is designed more for intermediate to advanced level lifters.
